The lift stood on a concrete foundation. The anchor plate of the lift column is fixed in the concrete base with the help of HILTI anchor bolts. Levelling elements are inserted between the anchor plate and the column, which correspond to placing the column in a vertical position. A rotating console is mounted on the mast of the lift, which can be manually rotated by 112.5°. The console can be secured against turning with a snap lock in the extreme and intermediate positions with a section of 22.5°. This makes it easier to winch it. A toggle lever is installed on the rotating console, which makes it easier to turn the console.

The manual rope winch has a built-in holding brake that holds the load at any rate. The winch also has the option of switching the drum to idle, which means that the rope can be unwound by pulling the rope manually. This method is only suitable for an unloaded rope, without a load.

The column and bracket are made of S235 and S355 material, then hot-dip galvanized. Fully manual winch, steel rope and hook are made of stainless material. Cords, axles and other small parts are galvanically galvanized.
